scripture & snapshot

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."  Matthew 11:28

yes, i'm talking to you!  it's okay, really.

sit down.

relax.  take a chill pill.

breath deep.

soak it in - the stillness, the colors, the sounds of silence.

do nothing for a bit.

turn it all over.  all of it.

the struggles, fears, insecurities, hang-ups, what if's, the unknown, unforgiveness, bitterness.

it's time.

  6. Love the pic & verse. If we could just learn to still ourselves. I like the icon for the Courageous Movie, I will click and see if I can also share this on my blog. Joining you at Katie's today.

  7. Must be the great minds think alike thing because several weeks ago, I posted a similar picture with the same verse. Maybe we both need more rest than we're willing to say out loud sometimes?? LOVE this. Thank you.
